Do I need to pick a plan to start?
No. Sign up, add a payment method for your $100 credit, and deploy on any tier. Change tier at any time as your app grows.
I have a NevTan Workspace plan — what do I get on Cloud?
Paid NevTan Workspace plans include App Platform apps and managed databases on NevTan Cloud. When you deploy, the sizes your plan includes show as "Included with NevTan Workspace" and are not charged to your Cloud balance. See what each Workspace plan includes at workspace.nevtan.com/pricing.
How does billing work?
Everything — app hosting, databases, inference, GPU, fine-tuning — draws from one credit balance. App and database tiers charge a flat monthly amount from that balance; inference, GPU, and fine-tuning meter actual usage.
Do I get $100 in credit when I sign up?
Yes — but it's added to your balance only after you add and verify a payment method, not before. We ask for a card up front because that's the point the credit is actually issued.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes, app and database tiers can be changed any time — you pay the new tier's monthly rate going forward.
