Pricing

Every collection runs on a package — a flat monthly price with its own storage, document, and question limits.

Every collection runs on a package — a flat monthly price that includes a fixed amount of storage, document count, and questions per month. Pick one when you create a collection; change it any time from the collection's Overview tab.

A "question" is any search or Ask AI call against the collection — both draw from the same monthly allowance. Storage covers everything uploaded plus its embeddings; document count is the number of files or pasted-text entries in the collection. Every package includes every feature — all search modes, every connector, and the reranker — a package only ever sets how much you can use, never what you can use.

What happens at a limit

Storage, document count, and monthly questions are hard caps. Once a collection hits one, that specific action — a new upload, or a new search or question — is blocked until you either upgrade the package or the monthly question count resets on the next cycle. Nothing already in the collection is ever deleted or made unsearchable because a limit was reached; only new activity is paused.

Billing

Creating a collection charges the chosen package's price from your credit balance immediately and starts a fresh monthly cycle. Switching to a different package — a bigger one for more room, or a smaller one to scale down — also charges the new price immediately and resets the cycle, rather than prorating or waiting for the next billing date. There's no separate per-document or per-question charge to track: the package price is the whole bill, and it renews automatically every month.

Note
If your credit balance can't cover a package's price — whether at creation, at upgrade, or when a monthly renewal comes due — you'll be prompted to add credits before it goes through. A renewal that can't be collected pauses new activity on that collection until the balance is topped up; existing documents stay intact throughout.
